Outstanding service. Professional, thoughtful, reliable, and genuinely kind. Mark provided excellent service most recently (April 2026), and Kevin has also been extremely helpful when I have arranged taxis communicating with them from Canada on behalf of an elderly family member in Bridport, Dorset.
This is a taxi company that combines efficiency and professionalism with warmth, care, and consideration. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

I use Tom’s Taxis weekly for station runs and they are consistently reliable, friendly and always on time. Whenever I need a last minute journey or change they go out of their way to accommodate. Grateful to have such a good local and reliable service - would highly recommend.
